2024 Woman in Business Award

FSB Board Vice Chair Janelle Carter received the Marshalltown Chamber's 2024 Woman in Business Award at the Chamber's annual Women in Business Luncheon that was held April 10th.  Janelle was honored as a leader in our community and was recognized for her positive contributions to the Marshalltown area.

Career Pathways Academy Program

Potential future bankers?  FSB President Jerrod Leffler met with a group of students that are participants in the Career Pathways Academy program through Marshall County's Iowa State University Extension & Outreach.  The students toured the bank and learned about banking as a career as well as exciting banking topics...who doesn't want to know about compound interest?!
