Online Banking
Use Digital Banking To:
- View detailed balance reporting and account information.
- Download account information to Quicken® or QuickBooks®.
- Monitor online activity and balances by receiving e-mail notification alerts for transactions, account-related activity, services, etc.
- Make transfers to and from accounts you may have at other financial institutions
- Make transfers between your FSB accounts
- Access a 24-month history of transaction activity (from date of enrollment)
- Sign up for E-Statements and receive your statement and check images electronically
- View check images online

- Online E-Bills from major billers
- Payment features (lists scheduled and sent payments)
- Quick bill set-up
- Bill Pay alerts
- Bill payment services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Live Chat Option
- Pay an individual by only providing their e-mail address (such as paying a friend back for lunch)
- Pay an individual via ACH if you have their account information (such as your landlord for rent)
To Access Online Banking:
If you are new to Online Banking with FSB, there is a quick and easy self-registration process you can use to set up your accounts.** Go to our website at www.fsb-iowa.com, and click Sign Up. You will be walked through the process step-by-step. If you need assistance call us at 641-752-2525, we will be happy to help.
Forgot your Passcode?
You can reset your passcode yourself:
Step 1: Enter your User Name.
Step 2: Answer your security verification questions.
Step 3: An e-mail will be sent; follow the instructions in the e-mail to complete your password change.
Step 4: You will have 24 hours to complete the e-mail instructions.
Mobile Banking
Whatever your mobile needs, FSB has the mobile solution: use an App, mobile web browser, or text on your mobile phone.
To Access Mobile Banking:
- Apps are available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. (Through the App Store, or Google Play, or use the links below).
- You can also use a web browser and enter https://www.fsb-iowa.com and enter your user name and password (the same ones used for Online Banking).
- iPhone and Android users can set up touch ID/face ID instead of having to enter a passcode, or can choose a 4-digit PIN.
To Access Text Banking (#662265)
- Log into your Online Banking
- Click on Manage Profile (top left on browser) or Profile (bottom right on mobile)
- Choose phone
- Click + Add new mobile device
- Enter phone number, nickname (i.e. John's Phone)
- Select type of device (i.e. Android, Apple) and click Add device
- Click on SMS Text Banking then select the accounts you want to have turned on
Use the Mobile Banking App To:
- Check balances
- View transactions
- View images
- Make transfers to internal and external accounts
- Pay bills, manage your bill payees (Yes! you now have full Bill Pay Access)!
- Deposit checks (including a new multiple check option)

Auto Login Setting on Mobile Banking
Auto LogIn allows you to view balances of your accounts without fully logging into your account. To set up Auto Login for the first time go to Profile (bottom left in the app) or Manage Profile (top right on your browser). Scroll down to Auto Login and click on the radial button on the right.
If you experience problems using online banking, please call (641) 752-2525 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
** Please Note: If you are under age 18, contact the bank for assistance in setting up online/mobile banking, as this self-registration process will not be enabled for you.
