Farmers Savings Bank offers several types of checking accounts that are versatile enough to fit everyone’s lifestyle.  The following checking accounts are intended to be used for personal, family, or household purposes.  Contact a customer service representative at any of our four locations to help you in deciding which type of checking account is right for your needs.

Regular Checking
• Minimum $100 to open
• No maintenance fees if balance does not fall below $250 throughout the statement cycle
• ATM/Debit Card available for $12 per year plus tax
• Account does not earn interest
• Excessive debit fee if debits in excess of 25 per statement cycle if account balance falls below $250
• Images provided with statement
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available

NOW Account
• Minimum $500 to open
• No maintenance fees if balance does not fall below $500 throughout the statement cycle
• ATM/Debit Card available for $12 per year plus tax
• Interest-bearing account
• Excessive debit fee if debits in excess of 35 per statement cycle if the account balance falls below $500
• Images provided with statement
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available

FSB Select Checking
• Minimum $100 to open, no minimum balance required, no monthly fees
• No charge for first pad of 25 checks
• No charge for ATM Card for first year; thereafter card is $12 per year plus tax
• No charge for cashier’s checks and money orders
• No charge for ATM withdrawals—15 per statement cycle
• No canceled checks or images returned with statement
• Account does not earn interest
• Must be 18 years of age to open
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available

Hi Fi Account
• Minimum $2,500 to open
• Interest-bearing account if balance does not fall below $2,500
• Limit of 6 transfers to another account or to third parties by preauthorized or by phone, with no more than 3 by check draft or similar order per statement cycle
• No ATM/Debit cards allowed on this account
• Excessive debit fee if debits in excess of 6 per statement cycle
• Images provided with statement
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available

Senior Citizen Checking
• Must be at least 55 years of age
• Minimum $100 to open, no monthly fees
• No minimum balance required
• No limit of written checks per month
• FREE Checks–1 box at a time, specialty mint wallet style checks are available at no charge, duplicate checks or any other style receive $5.00 credit toward purchase
• Account does not earn interest
• ATM/Debit Card available for $12 per year plus tax
• Images provided with statement
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available

Student/Non-Profit Organization Special Checking
• Minimum $100 to open
• ATM/Debit Card available for $12 per year plus tax (must be 18 years of age for debit card)
• Maintenance fee if more than 10 debits per month
• Excessive debit fee if debits in excess of 10 per month
• Images provided with statement
• Internet Banking and E-Statements available
